Return or exchange?

We’re sorry you didn’t love your COXKEY. Please reach out to

coxikeyllc@gmail.com with your order number and the products you’d like to exchange or return With No restocking fee, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Help! I can’t find my return slip.

Don’t worry—COXKEY packages don’t include return slips. Just reach out to

coxikeyllc@gmail.com and we’ll help you place your return or exchange.

What’s your return policy?

All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order.

To place a return, or if you are having trouble making a return within the 30 day timeframe, please reach out to coxikeyllc@gmail.com

.Order # must be provided to place a return, and you will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Paypal Refunds usually take 1 business day to appear on your statement.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Please contact us at coxikeyllc@gmail.com and we’ll be sure to get you the COXKEY you ordered!

What’s your return process if I’m not happy with the product?

Yes within 30 days after receiving your package. Here are your packing instructions:

  1. Securely pack the items in a box.
  2. Affix the mailing label squarely onto the address side of the parcel, covering up any previous delivery address and barcode without overlapping any adjacent side.
  3. Use the address listed and affix the appropriate amount of postage.
  4. Ship package from your nearest post office or shipping company of your choice.

Please note! If you have received a faulty product, it is important that you send an e-mail to coxikeyllc@gmail.com before returning your order.

We will then be able to help you with the returns procedure and find an appropriate solution.

NOTE: If your order has not been purchased via coxikeyllc@gmail.com the return policy applied of the shop where you did purchase the product.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.

If your application is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received your refund yet, please check your paypal account first.

Then contact your paypal support, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.

If after doing all these steps you still have not received your refund, please contact us at coxikeyllc@gmail.com.

Sale items (if any)

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, the sale items are not refundable.

Exchanges (if any)

We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you wish to exchange it for the same item, send us an e-mail at coxikeyllc@gmail.com and send us your item to:
